The fine print, in plain words
- Price. $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies. Plus is sold in the United States and Canada only for now.
- Free trial. New subscribers get 7 days free, once per person. If you don’t cancel, the trial turns into a paid subscription on day 8 and you’re charged the price you chose. We show the exact date before you pay.
- Auto-renewal. Plus renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. On the web, go to Settings, Holler Plus, Manage subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions instead.
- If Plus ends. Nothing is deleted. Outings older than 30 days are hidden until you upgrade again, you can still download or delete them, and every Guardian you added keeps getting your alerts.
- Refunds. Web subscriptions: email hello@holler.run within 14 days of a charge for a refund. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.
- Holler is not an emergency service. It never contacts 911 for you. See the terms and privacy policy.
